Team Organization
IA-TF1 will be made-up of three equal teams; Red Team, White Team and Blue Team.
Each team will be organaized as seen in the organization chart below, and each team will be madeup of members from both divisions.
The teams will rotate through a schedule where one team will be ON-CALL (first to deploy) the second will be on STANDBY (second to deploy if needed) and the third will be on a STAND DOWN status.

Each team is organized so that it can divide into two groups, each group working 12 hour shifts. This allows the team to work 24 hours a day while on the scene of a disaster.
